Dermal fillers are used to enhance our client's beautiful features and help restore volume in areas where volume has been lost. Most of the fillers used at Picasso Medical Aesthetics are made of hyaluronic acid with the exception of Radiesse which is a calcium-based product. I got a quote for 3 areas when I made the appointment over the phone, the doctor did 3 areas. When I went to the front desk, the receptionist told me she needs to charge me for 4 areas because they gave me 10 more units. They clearly wanted to take advantage of me as a patient and overcharge me. The receptionist Bernice was rude, bully, short tempered and lacked basic customer service. She started to argue with me that because of the 10 extra units, she must charge me for 4 areas. Clearly, the deal was "per area", not per unit. My review is long over due. I only thought to write a review right now because I scheduled an appt to come in next week. I went in a few years ago, (at the time, did not use Yelp to write a review). I went in to get filler for tear troughs. Dr. Silvia and her staff were so nice, helpful, and welcoming. And I am still so happy with my results. This place might be a little more costly than some but is worth the Drs expertise. It's better to be injected by doctor than nurse or assistant.

Dr. Sylvia Garcia and her team are an awesome group of people. She took time to explain the Laser Genesis procedure and so did her friendly staff. I am so satisfied with the results, my skin has been glowing! My acne scars have diminished and my skin feels super smooth as well. It has been so nice to get help after so many years of battling with acne and dark spots.
The building is very clean and staff checks your temp before entering. They are awesome with scheduling and reminding you about your appointments which is very helpful.

I'm not sure why they have follow up appointments if the Dr is going to be so rude and argumentative over something you want to discuss? One spot that needed about a drop of Xiomen on it because it wasn't even. She didn't even bother to take the time out to listen to me and kept interrupting me.
My eyelids also dropped a little bit from it. Which I get could be normal. It was an issue I walked in very concerned about and expressed at my first appointment. She was arguing it was still the same but you can tell from where my eyebrows started that they dropped more. She was so argumentative

After contacting several other locations via phone I'm super impressed and excited about coming here. Jessica was amazing and super helpful! First impressions are everything! She spent time educating me on the different facials and the benefits of each instead of rushing to hang up. Her customer service surpassed all the other locations I called. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to ensure all my questions/concerns have been answered and then welcomes me to call back if I have any other questions ones.

Came here as a first timer and left as a life long customer. This place is amazing. They listen to you, take time to answer all your questions and make sure that you are happy. I have been seeing Dr Garcia for more than 5 years. She does not try to over sell you and works on enhancing your natural beauty. I have referred many of my friends and they all are still clients of hers. She does beautiful work and has a good eye to help see the little things that can help the aging process slow a little. So I had been going to Dr. Garcia for about 2yrs for lip fillers... until she left me bumps on my lips‼ This is when I decided it was time to stop going to her‼‼ I contacted the office and they were very friendly and told me to come in, which I did and I saw Dr. Garcia. She told me it was natural and that she got them too when she did her own lip fillers & that it doesn't show so I could either hide them or get the filler dissolved (which would make my lips unsymmetrical). Wanted to give a Big Shout out to Dr Garcia. She did my under eyes and it looked super natural. I've been working night shift for 7 years as a nurse and I was starting to look tired.
