Everyone there is just fantastic, they're knowledgeable and super friendly. The hung out and answered all of our questions, eventually helping us through the purchase of a Honda super cub. We've gotten all of our parts and service through them. Everything gets done in a timely manner. We've become repeat customers and will be for years to come

Terrible experience. I agreed to numbers over the phone on my trade in and one of their bikes. I offered deposits and whatever was necessary to secure it and I was assured it was marked as sold for me. Due to location, I couldn’t make it there the same day but agreed to come in the next soonest time they were available. As I was getting ready to head there I was informed the bike was already sold. Coincidentally the salesman I was working with didn’t work the day it was sold and the only resolution he offered is telling me that “It’s out of his hands at this point.” Awful communication

The wife and I went into RideNow looking at a trade in they had. Anthony the sales guy we had was awesome, he showed us the unit and was straight forward with us and actually listen to what we were looking for and not pushing us into something. So he showed us a new Ranger Crew 1000 and we jumped on it. So we talk to Jeremy the Finance manager and we told him exactly what we could and couldn’t do and he was straight forward as well with us and for once it actually happened. He came back to us and got us approved, payments right where we wanted and best part was in and out in just over an hour

MORE LIKE PAYNOW…..ride later.
Went in Tuesday.. looked at a Yamaha on the floor. First off, I showed up at 6:15 after driving an hour and a half. Test rode and really loved the experience even though it was after their test riding times. Andrew was awesome. Super accommodating and helpful.
Called the next morning after talking to the sales rep confirming that I was going to come back and buy the bike. An hour after my call and the application they sale the bike I was looking at and then sold me a newer model at the same rate… only thing was that they moved the second bike up stairs to “reserve

Had it not been for Michael (Service Manager), I would have given RideNow a low rating. We ordered new tires in the parts department for our Polaris two weeks prior, and we made an appointment to have the tires installed and a buyer's inspection performed through service. We arrived at our appointment and tires had not been ordered. Michael restored my faith in process improvement and making things right when the ball gets dropped. Kudos to you, Michael! We appreciate you allowing us to leave RideNow saying we had a great experience. We'll be back.

I stopped in to buy a can am side x side. There was little inventory which has been the norm and I was expecting. I did want to place a deposit on a unit and be on the wait list to buy when one arrived. I left the showroom and was called the next morning that a unit delivered and it was offered to me. I told the salesman Pete YES I want the unit (even though it was different than what I was ordering). I asked to quote some add on accessories so I could configure a loan around my total purchase. We run a NonProfit called Safe In Austin Rescue Ranch, we purchased our CanAm a couple of years ago from RideNow. They were amazing back than, extremely knowledgeable in helping us pick just the right one to purchase. We needed something extremely durable but also roomy enough for our Special needs kids.
