Worst customer service in history of places. Order your toys on Amazon. Same items half price. And they back there products up. Unlike these guys who don't want to help you get parts for an item you purchased from them.

Good prices but no masks worn by any of the employees and I've bought three items from them on two different occasions and its almost like I was a slight inconvenience both times thats just the feeling I got but maybe I'm wrong and overly sensitive it does happen from time to time ya know.

Scooter City ATV Outlet, while it could take 3 days or so to get it done, the service is excellent and worth the time and money. There are many more good points, but I'm not going to list everything. If I'm asked about scooters sales and service, I always recommend Scooter City ATV Outlet.

I bought a icebear q6 150cc trike runs great just need to get different seat and the cable to open the seat needs to be adjusted but other then that I got the trike quickly.

New to the area. This shop sells the most affordable off road toys in Reno Northern Nevada, one of the staff said for over 15 years, they are the Target of Powersports. Picked up a 200 Go Kart and 200 ATV UT style, Good quality for the price, perfect for the easy leisure rider.

The staff at this store are very customer service driven, friendly and helpful, unlike most retail these days. I purchased 4 vehicles over the Xmas season and brought them in for the 10/hr service and one of them needed a warranty part replacement. This store is very efficiently ran. Not to least say, affordable!
