I could not have been more pleased with every nuance of my experience with Shutter Tech. Robert Miller himself arrived at my home on time and was extremely knowledgeable, guiding me through the right size plantation shutters for my windows. His quote was competitive and the timeline quoted to me for installation was on point; delayed by only one additional week which during these COVID times impacting the distribution chain I thought wow only one week additional...this is awesome. I purchased plantation shutters here 15 years ago and they are quality shutters that are still in great condition. I love them so much, I just added shutters for my upstairs windows as well. My calls were returned promptly, my measurements were taken a few days later, and my shutters were just professionally installed today. I am a very pleased customer. I was told it would be 5-6 weeks for the shutters to be made and installed and that was an accurate estimate. Ordered Shutters in January 2020. Was told 8-10 weeks. Then COVID happened and everything was shut down. May 19th I contacted them and was told the shutter was ready and would be installed the next week. The next week came and another excuse. Finally they were installed in August and they are not the same quality of my previous shutters I purchased from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We dropped our blinds off to be fixed in September, 2019. After numerous phone calls and emails asking for when we would get them back, I was told in December they would have them shipped to our house the 2nd or 3rd week of January. Needless to say we did not receive them nor when I called (again) did they call back. The product is lovely but follow through/customer service is horrendous.

My experience with this “business” has been absolutely horrible. Customer service is not a priority here. I deposited $2800 for shutters. They were supposed to be installed in November and they are STILL not installed. They have not returned any calls, voicemails, or emails for months. Do not waste your time or money with this place.

I used Shutter Tech a few years ago and so did a neighbor of mine and Shutter Tech was good then. NOT ANYMORE! I ordered a blind over 2 months ago and they cashed my deposit but they have failed to answer numerous emails and numerous phone calls. And I mean numerous! I can't get anyone to answer their phone --even though I tried both of their phone numbers. Stay away from this business if you want to get your window projects done.

This company used to have it together. I have purchased from them a couple times and it was a pleasure. They were friendly, prompt, and organized and delivered in a timely fashion. NOT ANYMORE.... it took me at least a week to get somebody to call me back initially to have someone come out about blinds for a sunroom and Master bedroom. The Salesperson was supposed to come one day and then cancelled the same day because they overbooked. He came finally and didn't have one of the books he was supposed to bring with him. A few days later I decided on my choice and wanted the quote from the sales

Excellent Service-- I am highly impressed with the quality and service I received and really question some of the reviews on here. I found them to be fair and non-pressuring during the quote process and they gave me an install date that they lived up to. I had my downstairs done and will use them for the upstairs when we decide to move forward there. Thanks again!

Company doesn't return phone calls, responds several weeks late to emails and did not show up for a scheduled visit without bothering to call. Person who gave 5 star rating is an employee. It"s a shame as I was satisfied with this company when I used them years ago through a big box store, however they seem flaky at best these days.

Never! They came to measure and everything was great. I called to place a $2600 order and they never even returned me call!! 3 phone calls over 3 weeks and I'm done. NEVER give them a deposit -- they won't even return my call to get new business. If I had given them money, I'm sure they'd be gone with it!

This company charges way too much for their shutters and the quality is only decent. And the worst part about this company is that their customer service is terrible. Once they are paid and done the job forget about ever receiving an answer from them again. I highly suggest NOT using this company, many other companies that are better.
