Our new fireplace, which Mike and crew put in, works really well. He researched what models would fit in the space to replace the old one we had that was worn out. Rocky Mountain S. & F. finished in one day and cleaned up everything. They're a good company. I was very impressed with Mike and his employees.

We had an exceptional experience with Rocky Mountain Stove and Fireplace. From the minute we walked into the showroom to the minute they drove away from our home after the install was outstanding! They were all so kind and helpful. They were upfront and honest with quality, pricing, availability of product.. the knowledgeable sales staff helped us choose what stove worked best in our home. Great company to work with. They scheduled an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and kept me updated on the day of service so I knew when to expect them. Hunter was our technician and he was very professional and friendly. He not only serviced both of our fireplaces but he made our 20 year old gas stove look so much better. There was a stain on the top of the stove that was there when we moved in. Hunter noticed it and was able to treat the surface so that the stain is no longer visible. It looks great. When they were finished they cleaned up and left everything looking nice. I would recommend

Mike & his crew are amazing! We were in a hurry to have a project done because we had family that needed to move into our basement for an extended time due to the pandemic. He was so accommodating. He helped us every step of the way, answering all of our many questions with patience and expertise. We had some other companies bid this job and none of those people were as knowledgeable or had as much experience as Rocky Mountain. They also weren't willing to expedite my project. And Rocky Mountain's pricing was even less than the other places. Not only did we pay exactly what was on the estimate

I was on a time crunch and needed a 72 inch fireplace installed and framed out ASAP due to a change in home remodel plans. I contacted three fireplace companies, all of which said they couldn’t help me. I then called Rocky Mountain Stove and Fireplace and spoke to Mike. He was extremely helpful, even came to my home to check out where the fireplace needed to be installed before work, and within two days of contacting him, I had the fireplace installed and framed out. Truly satisfied and so grateful. This is a company that will bend over backwards for their customers.
