I had occasion to get new tires this week. I scored a deal at BJ's but they don't do wheel alignment. I asked neighbors for a referral and I scoured the internet. I fell into this company, All American Auto Repair and saw a ton of very positive reviews online. I have to aadd my name to this. I was able to schedule a wheel alignment for my 10 year old Honda and was happily amazed at the work they did. During my time there, I noticed the mechanic take my car out for a test drive TWICE ! Talk about dotting your i's and crossing your t's. The car rides so much better, it's quieter probably because

Discovered a nail in my tire and drove up to this place and the nail was removed, tire patched, and air filled- all within maybe 3 minutes! My car was also due for service and they were able to accommodate me for that as a walk in too. Will definitely be coming back for all my auto needs! Thank you!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I have used this repair shop twice. Both times I was treated fairly and with great respect. As a woman, that does not happen at every garage. They were courteous and explained everything in detail. Their prices are fair and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend them for both tires and repairs!

Quick story of my history with this business: I watched the first brick laid as this building went up, then I began regular scheduled oil change serice with them in 2007. After a few years I strayed away as my car required more attention than they were equipped to handle at that time. Fast forward and this same old car requires lots of TLC so it was a no-brainer to resume my patronage now that they had become a full serice care center. Boy am I a happy camper since renewing my relationship with them......... I cannot think of enough accolades, but for starters they have been extremely Polite, Considerate

Today wasn't my first time here visiting. Will definitely be my last. i needed a tire plugged. I was turned away all employees are rude mean and just as nasty as they can be. Same thing happened to me here two other times. I would avoid this place like it is the covid virus. Better places in area. Avoid this place employees are rude mean hateful and mean. Three different times with me. And yes they plug tires. Its like they don't want to do it.

I used to bring my Equus to all American they took incredible care of it for 5 yrs. I traded it and bought a Mercedes C300 AMG convertible. To my amazement and pleasure they said they can maintain it for me, I just brought it in for a base service which would’ve cost quite a bit more through Mercedes they did a phenomenal job in an hour and a half I was so delighted to get my car back so quickly. I will be using all American as long as I’m driving my hot new baby Benz!!! Thank you, Guys! You ROCK!!!!

My main issue was my water pump, but I also needed two front rotors and brakes pads replaced.
The rotors should’ve been addressed earlier when I had the rear rotors installed by them, but had them serviced while I had my vehicle in for the water pump.
The technicians were very professional, explained what services were being administered and parts being replaced. Having prior knowledge of the job, I realized there would be additional services and parts needed.
This was a job I performed many times in my youth, but knowing the complexity, time and labor involved, I felt I could trust All American
