We do everything from our main focus, which is Birthday Parties to School Events, Church Festivals and Charity Events.
You'll also find us at Business and Family Expos, Holiday Events like Parades and City Celebrations as well as Athletic Events from Little League Baseball to Minor League Hockey games. We also try to raise funds for many charities and schools and give money back to these organizations. Services
A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $50 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. We allow no movement, nor refunds in the schedule within 21 days of your event. However, when applicable, we will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty to another date should cancellation or rescheduling be necessary.

We are adhering to strict cleaning and social distancing guidelines, giving the outside TVs for free (normally $25) and giving parties laser tag guns to use as well so kids can be both inside and outside. Our staff are wearing masks and we ask all the guests to wear one as well. These measures, along with our cleaning guidelines between parties, will make a safe and fun party!
With Ultimate Mobile Gaming, you always get to specify which games you want (or don't want) played during your party. Feel free to let the Game Coach know your needs. At Ultimate Mobile Gaming, we ONLY play on the latest consoles! All our trailers have The Nintendo Switch, XBox 1s, and Playstation 4s.
QUESTION: Do you stay open in the winter? ANSWER: Yes! We stay just as busy in the winter as we do in the warmer months! Parents LOVE using us in the winter because we keep the kids warm and occupied in the trailer for the duration of the party! The trailers have space heaters to make sure inside the trailer stays comfortable for everyone for the duration of the party!

I got the truck for my second year and once again it never fails to be an amazing party for my son. It’s the perfect addition to any birthday party especially seeing as the kids will mainly be in the truck it saves you a house of madness!!
We will most certainly be getting the truck again next year. Even the host (driver/game truck host) was great!!
Definitely worth the 2 hours of truck time
And if I could change one thing it would be the time if I could do a longer party time that would be great (mind you I didn’t ask tho I just might next time )

I found the communication via phone to be the best. We did 90 min of gaming and it could not have been better. The truck was clean and covid safe ( Lots of room to spread out). The gaming coach (Zack) was great with the kids. He arrived 30 min early to set up, answered any questions we had and was very professional. The kids had a blast and loved the selection of games! Being able to play on the PS5 was a party favorite! I highly recommend this company from the experience we had!

Just tried to book for my sons bday spoke to fast talking Matt, that told me the date I wanted was completely free and they had no bookings but I needed to pay in full now because they are in high demand. I told him I was prepared for a deposit not the entire amount until the next day! He called me the next day(Today) saying it’s booked now. I’ve never gotten a game truck so I did want to weigh my options, needless to say I went with another wonderful helpful company can’t wait for my sons face when he sees the truck pull up!

Great experience from start to finish. Quick/efficient communication from Matt from my initial inquiry to booking and payment. The truck showed up about 20 minutes prior to the party to set up and get situated. Both Matt and his team member were very friendly with us and engaging with the kids. The game selection was great as well - we had kids playing Fortnite and Roblox to Minecraft and The Show 2020 (MLB) and Mortal Combat. All the kids had access to play a game that appealed to them. I highly recommend booking with UMG!

I've hired UMG for my son's 10th birthday party, and he had so much fun he asked for it again on his 11th. We did the laser tag party only. They immediately returned my call after sending in the on-line request, and were able to accommodate my requested date/time. They arrived 30 minutes prior to the party beginning, and had plenty of equipment to support the party. We've had nothing but great experiences.

Horrible customer service. Driver showed up 3 minutes before the party was supposed to start and took 30 minutes to set up. Tried backing into our driveway, which resulted in ruined grass and broken tree limbs. Eventually the driver gave up and parked on the street. Driver told us we should get a 30 minute credit but "the boss" only agreed to 15 minutes for some reason, despite the party starting almost 30 minutes late (with kids standing on the sidewalk waiting the whole time!). We hired Ultimate Mobile Gaming for my son's birthday party. My communication with Matt was prompt and professional both prior to and following scheduling. Steve arrived with the truck today about 15 minutes early and had everything ready to go before the scheduled time. Everyone had a good time and even the pizza guy thought it was pretty awesome.

Customer service is TERRIBLE! My son wanted to use the PSVR and they told me it would be $25 extra. I said okay, I paid the $25 cash. Soon after the driver left he called to tell me that the owner already charged my credit card WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION for the $25 that I paid in cash. He assured me it would be reversed. Months later it still isn't reversed and the OWNER COMPLETELY IGNORES my text messages regarding this $25 charge!

UMG is awesome! We had such a wonderful experience. My friend booked with UMG in May or June 2017 and my son had a blast. We were happy to give it a go with my son for his birthday. Matt E. is busy, and it seems he is a one man show booking and answering emails. I think it's important for people to have abit of patience. Hang tight, he will get back to you. We booked rather quickly and I had a few questions that he did get back to me on.

The most unprofessional business I have come across! I had purchased a Groupon for this business at a good deal. It seemed like a fun idea for my sons upcoming birthday. Called up the company to reserve a party but got no answer, no problem I just left a message. Next day I recieve a text from the company saying could not pick up was at an event...Thats it not a what can I do for you?, ill get back to you, sorry, nothing and on top of that I didnt get a call back. We used UMG truck again recently due to our fantastic time last time. This party was equally as awesome. Matt ran the party. He was great with the kids! The kids all went into the truck and all the parents stayed in the house and chatted and ate appetizers! It was a party for everyone (with the kids all entertained)!!! I have recommended this to friends and will continue to do so!

Matt was great at communicating all of the details ahead of time and he arrived 15 minutes before the party started to set everything up. We had a really good experience. I booked an outdoor laser tag party for 10 year old birthday. I had to move the time up half an hour after I had booked the party, I called five days before to request the time change and Matt was able to accommodate my request graciously. I was also concerned as on the Monday before the party (Friday afternoon party), the forecast was calling for rain. Matt said they could do laser tag in the rain, but not thunder/lightening and he gave me the option of switching to the video game truck. He also allowed me until the day before the party to make the decision

What a great, no fuss birthday party option! Booked online with immediate email confirmation. Paid online securely through PayPal. Invitations were supplied. Parents and kids alike were very curious and fascinated with the whole idea. We had 21 kids which was very high attendance based on inviting 30 kids and holding the party on Memorial Day weekend. All of the kids were occupied for 2 full hours. Matt facilitated the gaming and worked to keep the kids taking turns when needed. The vehicle was roomy and clean. It would be great for a bachelor party according to the dads in attendance
