Stacy's passion for hair styling began long before she became a hair stylist. At the age of 14 she battled stage 3 Lymphoma. After losing all of her hair, she kept at styling her wigs, drawing her eyebrows back on and making her self look like she felt better so she could wake up and continue living her life.

I had the most amazing experience at William James the environment of the salon was so cute and super invite but what really made my experience amazing was my stylist Hannah she took the time to understand what I was looking for and help me achieve it. She also took her time in explaining what she was doing on my hair and some of the science behind the products she used. I really appreciated this over other stylists I see because it felt like I wasn’t getting sold into products that just don’t work. Male, curly hair. During Covid I just let me hair grow from a tight cut cause why not. About 1+ year later I was referred to Stacey at William James to get a cut and style. So glad I did. She listened to my feedback of what I liked and didn’t like in order to keep it long. I shared pictures of styles I’d seen. Stacey commented on what would work and not work with my specific hair. Loved the cut but most of all she went the EXTRA mile to step me through the products needed for my curly hair and how to dry and style in detail as well!

Stacy is the best hair stylist a girl could ask for! She does an excellent job and has superb attention to detail, she wants you to be happy with your results and has Jedi powers to listen to you ramble about what you’re looking for and she makes it turn out even better than what you expected. You won’t be disappointed if you stop in to have one of the many wonderful stylist do your hair or any other service for that matter.
Stacey has done an impeccable job managing/owning the salon and it’s very clean, everybody is friendly, they listen and take their time.
Stacey took over while my stylist was on maternity leave and I am a hard client to please, not to mention my hair is not easy, it picks up orange and brass tones like nobodies business. She got me to the perfect, icy, toned blonde without damaging my hair

SAM IS AMAZING! I came in for a consultation to get some gray hair covered up and add a light pop of color. I have not had my hair done in a long time and needless to say was a tad nervous as I was not sure what to expect. I had my consultation with Sam and she was truly amazing. She answered all my questions, listened to me rant about how my last hair coloring experience was not so pleasant and went over all the options and what to expect with coloring we went with. Sam is the literal best! I went to her and told her kind of what I wanted and showed her some pictures of things that I liked and the end result was AMAZING!! She made great conversation through the whole service, took really good care of me, and, of course, my hair turned out stunning! I go to her every time I need my hair cut and colored and will literally never go to anyone else.

First time here. First impression was good, but it looks like it needs cleaning in the work area. Doors and walls look worn. I wanted a distinctive haircut and my hair tone evened out. Veronica actually listened to what I explained to her and gave me what I wanted! The price was reasonable though more than I am used to paying. BUT, this time I actually got what I wanted! A very busy salon, takes at least two weeks to get an appointment, but I will be back.

I had a great experience with my stylist Hailey. I receive a beautiful beige ash balayage and hair cut. She booked plenty of time for me and even squeezed in my sister for a root touch up while my hair was processing. Also, she gave me really helpful information on the hair upkeep for color and hair health. It was lighter than I originally wanted, but I’m very happy with it, and most importantly my husband loves it.
