We just had our solar installation completed by Option One, and up to this point is has been a very pleasant experience. I was highly interested is using Tesla for our solar, but the experience was a total disaster right out of the gate. I called Option One and spoke to KC, who was an awesome sales rep and very helpful… down to earth and easy to talk to. Violet our project manager was very helpful every step of the way. Victor the installer and his crew were very efficient, clean, and polite. I would highly recommend Option One!

After researching the options, getting several proposals from more aggressive companies, I started my search for the best available. I found great reviews for this local company and my experience was stress free. They listened to me and designed a high output system with battery backup. From my first call to Jackie, I was never placed on hold or made to feel unwelcome. We recently had Option One install solar on our home.
They are very professional, explain everything so we understood what we were getting into and most importantly, they are not pushy!.
We needed time to think about this decision and they did not bug us at all!
Natasha kept us in the loop every step of they way! The installers were very nice and on time.
From install to production was 13 days!
That includes the city inspection .

Elijah was very helpful in getting our solar up, easy to work with. He was knowledgeable every step of the way. If we had a question he was able to explain the process and where we were with each step. The service techs were friendly and knew what they were doing. They installed 21 panels and completed the job in one day. Now we are making our own energy with the California sunshine.

What do you want in a construction job of this magnitude? I wanted someone that does good work and stands by their work and product. After reviewing many reviews of many companies I chose option one. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. I felt they were reasonable and trustworthy which to me is more important. I chose Option One based on the recommendation of my neighbor. Everything they promised, they delivered. My HOA was very insistent that the panels not be visible from the street. The installers installed them according to the plan they submitted, but they were still visible from the street. I called, and the very next day, the installers came back and moved the panels so that they were not visible. So far, the system has been running for 3 or 4 weeks and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

We are very happy with Option One Solar. We did our due diligence by researching and contacted several solar installation companies. Option One was the only one met my expectations. Our sales person, Loren was great to work with. He was always on top of things and I really appreciated his promptness. We had some hiccups along the way but Loren handled the situation very well and always put us on ease. Our installation took longer than what they had promised originally due to unavailability of the panel we wanted but Option One sticked with their 6 weeks guarantee policy and paid for our electric

Scott and his crew did a phenomenal job installing two Tesla Powerwall 2s. The process took quite a while due to Covid-19, Tesla Powerwall shortage and SGIP (rebate application and approval) backlogs BUT when it was all said and done, it was all worth the wait. When you have an owner in Scott who will do anything in his power to get things right and accomplished, in my case, he took over my project (at this point my project has stalled for a while), picked up the baton so to speak and took me straight to the finish line. Option One Solar installed our system approximately 3 years ago. It has taken me some time to write and frankly I think it will serve potential customers even more. They truly have stood by their work. Number one the installation process was very professional, from the office employees to those on the ground doing the work. They kept us… informed, detailed any problems with the city, site, etc. When there was a slow down, etc they described it and solved it. I really appreciated that. And now that the system is running they have stood by it. I highly recommend them.
