There are a variety of Natural Stone surfaces, the most popular choices for countertops are Granite and Marble. Surface One fabricates many other Natural Stone products for countertops as well as other applications, including Limestone, Onyx, Quartzite and Travertine. Each material has a unique appeal based on color, texture and the varying levels of durability.
There are multiple benefits to choosing Quartz countertops. Quartz is available in a variety of colors and patterns, and finishes. Some products mimic the appearance of granite, marble, concrete and limestone. Quartz countertops are non-porous which makes them stain resistant and bacteria resistant.
Solid Surface countertops were created in the late 1960's. At that time, the only colors available were variations of white. Color was introduced to Solid Surface manufacturing in the late 1980's as continual improvements were made to the product. A solid surface material is a blend of polyester and/or acrylic alloys and fillers.

New technology and innovative design brings forth products that can be used in new and unique applications such as floors, walls, and more. I am so disappointed in this company.
Initially, everything was good, however my countertops were installed with a hole cut into my marble that I NEVER asked for. Five months later, and trying to get returned phone calls and texts to resolve, they refuse to replace the countertops or give me a portion of my money back because they said I approved it. I never signed anything and two plans were presented, one was correct, one was incorrect.
I would NOT use this company.
They stopped returning my calls and ignored me. Pitiful customer service.

Totally Satisfied! Surface One in Pelham installed quartz countertops for us and we are so happy with the finished product. Ryan helped us pick out the perfect countertops based on what we were looking for. They were professional from the time we shopped until everything was done. We went to several places for quotes and Surface One was cheaper than the others.

Called to see if they had any Cynclips to use on my dropped kitchen sink and the man said they didn't use those, rather they drilled holes on the backside of the Granite when cutting. (Which is the right way to do it, I have read.). He then gave me a several suggestions on how to fix the problem without buying the clips. I was so appreciative since my husband is trying to tackle the issue instead of paying for someone to do it. I will be contacting Surface One in the future to install bathroom countertops.

We are very happy with the service and the counters that we received from Surface One. Everyone we dealt with was very happy and they went out of their way to get the material we preferred. Bruce, Tebra, Cheryl, and Mary Margaret answered any questions we had and made sure we got what we wanted. Brent, who measured the kitchen, was very knowledgeable and explained the whole fabrication and installation process. Thank you to everyone!
