Five star customer service! Long story short: Monday my dermatologist let me down in getting a SkinCeutical product that I wanted to take to a friend in Europe on Thursday. I called Jennifer and she came through with the product in 2 days. She was timely with all of her communication, very kind to offer to add this product to her order, and an absolute delight when I met her in person.
