Cavicchio Greenhouses, Inc. is New England's most comprehensive horticultural grower and distributor. We cultivate and sustain over 250 acres of annuals, perennials and nursery stock, complemented by a premium selection of soil mixes, stone, and landscape supplies. Our goal is to supply our customers with the best service, quality, and selection in the industry.
The Cavicchio family has a four-generation connection with the land they farm. Since the purchase in 1910 of fifty-six acres by Guiseppe and Civita Cavicchio in Sudbury MA, the farm was transformed from an apple orchard and vegetable farm to a perennial and annual growing operation by Paul and Louise Cavicchio in 1940.

Just called to ask that they have their trucks hauling loam serviced due to the enormous amount of smoke billowing out of them and into the air around them, including those of us driving behind one. The response was โHave a Great Day,โ nothing like it should have been, โthank you, weโll certainly have this taken care of.โ

Even before the CDC, people would still not wear masks (or properly wear them) and it was evident that the people working there either didn't care or are "one of them" -- customers can be entitled too and so can the managers. They don't even provide anything for their workers that can sometimes be working in extremely hot weather.

This location used to be end customer friendly but now they discriminate against the end customer - rather they choose to only do business with Landscaping firms. I do not recommend that any normal human being go to this firm as it will be a waste of your time.
A few years ago customers could come to the site and choose their stones and trees and have the landscape firm pick them up. Now normal people are refused to be served. We are treated like pariahs or metaphorically dogs that need to be on leashes of the designer.
Since Cavicchio does not want normal people to be on their property unless

Great selection and terrible management. They dropped a deliver of 13 yards of mulch at one of property in wayland and the delivery guy hit the main power run and power was out for a day until eversource came , not to mention the truck leaked oil on the driveway. The manager would not even call me back to apologize. They are to big to care but this kind of stuff will catch up to them soon. I already instructed all my property managers and landscaper not to use them ever again even if they have the best price for the job. Going to complaint to the BBB as well.
