While we strive to offer our customers the shortest possible lead times, we do understand there are countless reasons for expedited emergency delivery.

We provide high quality, economical laser-cut parts by combining top-of-the-line equipment, efficient nesting software, and highly trained, experienced laser operators. We are able to repeatedly hold very tight tolerances in materials thick and thin and deliver clean-cut, burr-free parts that are ready for whatever the next step in your assembly process requires.

Laser Concepts now offers high-speed turret punching with our Amada AE 2510 NT. We can quickly and accurately punch, form, and tap sheet metal parts using our high-speed turret punch. This process eliminates additional operations such as hardware insertion or second operation forming.

Functional features such as louvers, stiffening ribs, and lance bridges can all be created while parts are still in flat sheet form to greatly reduce additional handling, improve consistency, and increase accuracy.Can process wide variety of materials steel, stainless steel, aluminum, g-10, ABS, copper, brass, etc.

All parts are formed in-house using our Amada HDS Servo Hydraulic Press Brakes. High-speed 5-axis programmable back gauges and digital angle correction allow us to create parts quickly, accurately, and economically. 10' bed lengths enable us to bend parts up to 10' long or stage-bend parts with multiple bends to reduce setup time and increase manufacturing speeds.
