Computer Professional Repair

You guys are fantastic. It’s like have the best IT service at a moment’s notice. Recently I received an email attachment in EXCEL and I don’t have EXCEL on my computer. My wife said just call the guys at “CPR”. I did and they quickly downloaded a software that was comparable and that allowed me to open the attachment and perform the tasks necessary to move forward. CPR will always be on my vendor list.

We call to have our internet issues resolved with two or three companies which decline our business. We then called CPR they quickly responded to us and arrived on time for their appointment. After we explained our on going issues with the internet and our needs to set up a cloud and server connection they went to work right then and there and solved our internet issues and printer issues. They were very professional in understanding what we needed and explain the costs and value of making their recommended changes. We look forward to a great working relationship with CPR.

I took my son's laptop in for repair. The problem was resolved quickly and the staff were very responsive. I will certainly return, if any more computer issues arise.

I had a mostly positive experience with this company. The drop from 5 stars to four is because when installing my new power supply, they did not reconnect by CD/DVD disc drive. I was able to reattach it myself, and other than their forgetting to do that, everything else was great. Great price, quick service, and I would recommend them.
