Dr. Neal and his family moved to Kalamazoo in March of 2020 to take over for Dr. Scott Ribitch (previously "Pure Smiles") in continuing to provide quality, friendly care to the members of this community. Prior to seeing Dr. Neal, I was nervous about the prospect of seeing a dentist for the first time in five years.
But Dr. Neal's office was a judgment-free zone where I felt safe. He was able to remove two wisdom teeth and re-fill several cavities for me without pain or discomfort. Dr. Neal also worked with my insurance policy so that I wouldn't pay more money than I had to. I highly recommend Dr. Neal to anybody looking for a quality dentist who will take care of your teeth and your wallet!

Chelsea entered the dental field in 2015 as a dental assistant, and joined the team in 2018. She assists Dr. Neal chairside ensuring the best patient experience possible. She loves the variety of daily dental procedures, and making patients smile. In Chelsea's spare time, she enjoys gardening, making pottery, and spending time with her pup and fiance.

Love this place! The interior is very modern and up to date. The staff is very friendly and helpful!
Went her for my first cleaning earlier this year after having some bad pst experiences at other dentist offices.
This place has blown me away, the dentist is very knowledgeable and always there to help and make you feel at ease. My cleanings go so smoothly and they even offer tv in each room to watch while they work which is a nice break from what is going on.
Had my first filling appt here of this year and it went amazingly as well. I was fearful at first after having not so skilled fillings

Dr. Neal is awesome! He and his staff are funny, kind, courteous, personal and just down-right great.
His office is immaculate and SO COOL. He has a whole room themed Colts, and the other rooms are equally fabulous. There's even a mounted TV to watch while you're reclined in the chair having your teeth cleaned.
I've had my fair share of bad dental experiences so it was a breath of fresh air to encounter a place that CLEARLY knows what they're doing.

There really aren't enough words for how much I appreciate Dr Neal and the staff at Neal Family Dentistry - after years of struggling with painful dental work and overly brusque dentists I had developed a severe phobia, however Dr Neal's soothing (and no-nonsense) bedside manner did wonders to put me at ease.
Dr Neal makes a point of keeping you informed at every step of the process, has no qualms about letting you know the pros and cons of any given procedure and yet still leaves the ultimate decision in your hands. I've been going there for almost 3 years now - and had everything
