Justin was wonderful to work with. He helped design multiple mock ups before I decided on some slate coasters and pint glasses for my company. They came quickly and look great! Justin even let us pick up the pint glasses at his home office to cut shipping costs. The customer service of this company is 5 stars and the product itself is just as amazing. We found Red Canoe about 2 years ago when we were looking to switch from a large national branding company to someone local who could give us a more personal customer relationship. I had a great experience working with Justin at Red Canoe. I worked with him to order some employee appreciation gifts for my staff and they turned out great. I really appreciated that they sent me samples prior to ordering that I could test out and make sure I liked. Overall very happy with the speed, product and customer service. I really liked that I had a direct number/email for someone and I did not have to go through a call center. I will surely order again for future needs.
