Seward Community Health
Coming in for a well child exam? We've partnered with the Infant Learning Program to provide child developmental screenings online. You will be asked to answer questions about some things your child can and cannot do. The questionnaire includes questions about your child's communication, gross motor, fine motor, problem solving, and personal social skills.

We're committed to providing you with the best possible healthcare - today, tomorrow, and years to come. Learn more about our staff, their passion for wellness, and why they call Seward home. We ask that you call to cancel and reschedule any appointment you cannot make at least 24 hours in advance.
Services
Our mission is to identify and serve the healthcare needs of our community by providing quality, affordable services and promoting wellness, prevention, and partnerships. Seward Community Health Center (SCHC) is a federally-qualified health center. We do not discriminate based on ability to pay. We welcome anyone in need of quality, affordable healthcare by providing integrated, patient-centered primary care to all who enter our doors.
We try to see as many patients as we can. In order to better serve you we ask that you arrive on time. You must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We ask that you call to cancel and reschedule any appointment you cannot make with at least 24 hours in advance.
The SCHC Board of Directors is an all-volunteer, 15-member body dedicated to improving access to high quality, affordable, local health care services for the communities of Seward and Moose Pass. More than 51% of our Directors are also patients of the Health Center. Community Outreach Committee Provides oversight and support for SCHC outreach and marketing activities to the public, employers, and community partners.
Today's healthcare system can be difficult to navigate. That's why our services go beyond providing quality, afforable healthcare. Maybe you need additional health education, transportation assistance to/from your appointments, insurance enrollment, case management, or information about other community resources and activities.
The Sliding Fee Discount Program is designed to help cover your out-of-pocket expenses for medical care provided by Seward Community Health Center. Patient eligibility is based on household size and income. All patients are welcome to apply for the Sliding Fee Discount Program. Not everyone will qualify for a discount.

They were very family friendly and took care of our 2 year old very well. The nurse practitioner made our daughter feel comfortable with her and was very thorough. You can tell the staff truly care and want what's best for their patients.
