We really appreciate United Plumbing as they have a great crew! Each time we have called for help they provide us with a quote for the work before any work begins and they are professionals. Today Remington helped us and he was great. We were going to possibly need to cut into the wall and he found another solution to avoid this based on our particular solution. Responded quickly on a weekend - it was a big problem that required a dig out and replacement of our lateral sewer drain pipe to the city main. They quoted us Monday AM, did the repairs Tuesday and came back Wednesday to fill it in after city inspection. Teams were polite and kept us informed. Would use again (although we hope we don’t have to 😉)

Unlike Reeds last time, Zane from United used deductive reasoning behind exactly how the pipes flow in my duplex helping me decide if we would do a simple toilet snake, or $160 full investigation we'll call it lol so I went for the full just to be on the safe side. I will use this company again even if it is in fact simply tree roots.

I had a toilet that was grouted in at least a half inch and was next to impossible to remove without damage. They sent over the Swiss Superman look-a-like and he made easy work with almost no mess. Saved me more time and energy that I would have ever wanted to put into that.
