I was told over the phone that I could be in the room with my husband while he got Brazilian laser hair removal so I scheduled time out of my day to be with him. Now that I’m here they tell me I can’t. I chose this place because they told me I could be with him. Don’t promise me I can be with him if you can’t keep it they probably just wanted my money. Also I waited months to get an appointment I expected better.

I would give this place a 4 stars ,but the girls in front desk are ver rude I been going there for a long time they are still the same rude. When I call to make a na appointment they are very unprofessional and rude and they act like they were the owners and they don't need our business. So been putting up with this only because I can fine and other place to go , but hopefully I can fine one soon .

I found this place on Facebook. I have been here 3 times in hopes that it would be different but it never is. The customer service is so bad. The front desk girl was always rude and never welcoming at all. The lady who did numbing cream on my face even gave me a tissue and asked me to clean my face by myself before she applied the numbing cream! Another girl that performed the treatment on my face is okay, not horrible and I tipped her well every time. I have tried and given them 3 times but I still didn't have any good experience. I would spend my money somewhere else and never come back

Update: I've had 12 total sessions for my underarms, Brazilian, and full legs. The results are overall great. I was a VERYYYY hairy person (tan skin, dark thick hairs). About 80% of my hair is gone completely. The 20% that's left is super thin like peach fuzz! (Except on my thighs, I'll explain down below)
I also had REALLY BADDD strawberry legs. I will say they are not completely gone, but they have significantly reduced and aren't visible unless you're looking for them.
I just wish I had a few more sessions for my thighs because after 12 sessions, I expected more results

5 star experience at this med spa! Extremely clean, professional, and elegant. The staff take so many precautions and make sure everything is sanitized. I got my lashes done there recently and they came out amazing. I got exactly what I expected. My lash tech was so kind and very gentle Can’t wait for my next visit!

Getting a Brazilian laser hair removal treatment isn't always comfortable. There's the whole minor painful zaps ( which aren't that bad ) but there's also the whole fact you have to lay there showing your goods. The staff helps make you feel comfortable and makes the process so much easier. I highly recommend laser hair removal to anyone considering it.

I am so OVER the pain of getting a Brazilian wax so I sought out a more permanent method, LASER! My best friend got hers done a couple of months before for her wedding, and with my wedding coming up I thought I too should do the same. Group-on has a deal going on right, 6 sessions for Brazilian and underarm for $245. Which is very affordable for the same procedure at other places, plus in the long run waayyyy cheaper than European Wax Center if you think about it. I went to my first session and everything was great. I have a high tolerance for pain so I'm not really a good person to ask if

They over book! I was early for an appointment and waited a hour still was not my turn. I had work had to leave... lady next to me had to cancel for the second time because they took to long. Was my first time and I will not be back that's horrible customer service they didn't even have anyone at the front because they were running everywhere. You have a client holding everyone up in the chair!?! You tell them you have schedule that later sorry we will have to schedule for another time. Not just make 7 other people re schedule that's very crappy.

Nice Spa. I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is very friendly and professional, I came in for a laser hair removal around my face and other areas. The pricing was one of the best around, I would recommend it to anyone looking for laser hair removal. I haven't tried other services yet , but they offer an extensive list of things.

I'm just excited that there's a laser hair removal center close to home. Before I had to drive an hour away to get zapped. This place is so convenient. I also just found out they just opened this February. Very professional environment and the ladies are very polite.
The only laser center in the Arlington area, ideal image, the one in front of Costco, was extremely overpriced for doing exact same thing Euro MedSpa is doing.
I had my first session here this past week and it was great. I'm just glad I don't have to drive so many miles away. Keep up the good work.
