I was in need of assistance from a jeweler. I needed to create two custom rings. I first visited two big-name Jewelers and neither of them were able to help me in any way. I have been coming to JMR Jewelers for years now. They have a nice selection of jewelry. I bought a really nice pair of earrings here a couple years ago. They are high quality with great craftsmanship. What I mostly come here for is repair work. They take pride in their work. I would say the repairs here are fairly priced. The owner is so cordial and helpful. It is a comfortable and homey atmosphere despite being a jewelry store. You don't usually see that. They are in a Publix shopping center with a PNC and Chase bank in the front.

These people are absolute scam artists. Said they would make my engagement ring look the same as when I purchased it. It was mangled by the garbage disposal, but was no way missing the 24 stones they charged me for. The "24" stones they charged me for and repair, looked nothing like my ring. As warped as it was before, I will be taking these people to court. Do Not Deal w/ these people!
