The staff is excellent. They are professional and return and follow up with any needs in a timely manner. The in-person office visit was very efficient. The Doctor responds to all the questions and really listens to all your concerns about your issues and has an immediate response time. I felt very confident going into surgery and with my treatments afterwards. Her staff is very personable and professional. My one criticism is that no one ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave one message. At my first appointment, I saw the nurse practitioner. She was super thorough, friendly and listened to my concerns. She also explained things very well. I have never been treated so rudely by a Dr until Dr. Gabal. Several years ago she performed a bladder, rectum repair. No one in her office advised me of the painful recovery. But that wasn't the big problem. When I went for a yearly follow up with a complete exam she was not happy with the results as I heard her mumble. I irritated her when I asked questions. She is too busy dictating her notes to her scribe to pay attention to her patient. During a follow up visit she mentioned a spot on my kidney that was seen on a previous visit, she had never told me about it before,, I was shocked

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. I had a different urologist in the past that pretty much did not have a solution for my issue. Dr. Gabal ran tests that my other urologist never did. I ended up having surgery with Dr. Gabal and so far everything has been great. Communication with the office is stellar. Prestige medical is the most caring and efficient medical office I have ever attended. I thought the rest of my life would be spent with bladder problems. I recently discovered I had a thrombosis near my bladder. I quickly found Dr. Gabal who immediately diagnosed me and though the location was incredibly rare she had actually removed one one time before. She was very thorough, excellent in communicating what she would do to surgically remove it. Her office staff were very kind, helpful and professional. From the day I found her to surgery was only two weeks (right before Christmas). I highly, highly recommend Dr. Gabal. Not a good experience. The office didn't return phone calls, the Dr. failed to review transferred medical history. A lot of arrogance and a lack of attention to detail was my experience. I think I was confused with another patient. Recommendations were made that did not apply. Could be a serious problem for another patient and risk for the Dr. and her insurance.

I was referred to Dr. Gabal. The source mentioned she was able to help him when all others could not. I went based on that recommendation and am glad I did. I have now been seeing her for years. She is thorough, knowledgeable, has a phenomenal bedside manner and is more than wiling to refer you to people outside her practice if she feels it necessary.

Dr. Gabal outsources her urologic practice to her assistants while focusing on making money in her spa on fat melting and other cosmetic procedures. If I could give 0 stars I would. All of these reviews are very misguiding. When you have an actual issue, she doesn't know what to do. She forces physical therapy on you when she doesn't know what else to do. When you've done physical therapy and the physical therapist says "there's nothing more I can do" she still insists you're getting better and you're in more pain than you've ever been in.

After my visit to her office and testing I agreed to a plan to ha e an implant inserted to help my urine control.

Who wants to visit a Urologist? Not many of us, but Dr. Gabal makes a visit to the Doctor as pleasant as it can be. She makes people feel very comfortable, is very easy to talk to and has excellent knowledge, skill and experience as a Urologist.

I would have to say this is the best doctor that I have visited since all the changes have been made to the health care system... I came to her with a long term and painful condition after chasing many doctors for answers ... I went to see this woman urologist in November of 2014 for an overactive bladder. My initial impression of Dr. Gabal was that she is extremely rude and unprofessional. She saw me for a 15 minute exam and consultation. She threw a bunch of pamphlets at me ro go home and read stating that I had urinary bladder incontinence. When I questioned her diagnosis, she abruptly stated, I am out of time due to Obama Care regulations and walked out of the room. She didn't conduct a thorough health history in my case.
