I just got eyelash extensions with Tina and just love them!! I’m very picky with cleanness and this place is super super super clean !!! Tina was extremely professional and walked me step by step on what the process will be like and also took her time to explain the after care. Tina has been doing my lashes for 3.5 years and she is amazing! Every 3 weeks, I come in for a fill and it’s always a relaxing experience. I call it my therapy! Tina takes extra precautions to ensure quality. . .

Danielle (Dani) did my eyelashes before a two week trip out of the country. I didn't bring mascara with me and yet all of my pictures look amazing. I came back after 3 weeks for my lash fill in, and my lashes still looked amazing! If it wasn't a few days before Thanksgiving, I would have waited longer - that's how long they last.
Dani is so sweet and easy to talk to. She does an absolutely wonderful job and takes her time, making sure that you look at the lashes afterwards and are totally satisfied.
As for the facility itself, it's super clean, all of the tools and equipment are new and sterile

I cannot say enough good about my experience. I came in super nervous because I had eyelash extensions applied by another place that had me jacked up. I mean seriously, they looked like baby doll lashes, there was so much glue my eyes hurt. The lashes were hard & crusty, they obstructed my vision. I mean jacked all the way up. The glue they used had to be hair glue. It burned like fire & had a chemical smell. So I knew I may not even have any lashes left after these got removed. I got my lash extensions done here and they look amazing! She did such an awesome job! I will be coming back here for all my lash services! After finishing my extensions she gave me a lash care kit and thoroughly explained how to care for my extensions. This is very important especially to new comers to lash extensions like me who aren’t 100% sure how to properly care for their new lashes. Proper care for lash extensions is super important if you don’t want to lose all of them in a week so having this explained plus being given products to help me take care of them is a huge help! Nowhere else

Three (3) years ago I had Tina do my lashes for a very special occasion. I was hooked. The time it saves me in the morning not having to deal with mascara and the look and feel of her lashes are incredible. … I felt beautiful before lash extensions, I now feel like a Cover Girl every day. It’s truly impossible to express how much I enjoy Tina! She is extremely sweet, very welcoming and is absolutely exceptional at her skill. I have the dramatic lashes and they are always perfect when I leave. Also, I only have to get them filled every 3 weeks. That’s remarkable for their length. My lashes are dark, thick and weightless. I throw on some blush, fluff my lashes and I look completely done up for the day. Not only is a Tina amazing, my lashes are perfect the Spa is spotless... It always looks and smells amazing.

It's been just a few days since I have gotten my eyelash extensions from Lash Out and I absolutely love them. I naturally have ginger-colored eyelashes and now I haven't had to wear mascara once. I was looking for a lash that wouldn't be too long or dramatic so I'd be able to go without makeup and still have a natural look, Tina achieved it perfectly. She takes her time to actually look at your lashes and see what best fits. She really knows what she is doing and for the price (185$ without tip) I'd definitely recommend Lash Out.

I first got lash extensions in October 2015 for my daughter's wedding. Tina was amazing and I left her salon feeling wowed!!! I kept a standing appointment for the next year and was always hugely satisfied! My lashes looked so natural and always fabulous! And then I made a huge mistake! Because of a schedule conflict I tried another local… salon and the results were devastating. My lashes were beyond hideous and noticeably so. The other salon agreed and gave me a full refund. But to add insult to injury they actually damaged my natural lashes. I contacted Tina immediately and she did not

I have only had my eyelash extensions for a day now, but I am addicted! Tina was kind, meticulous, and courteous. I did so much research trying to find a great lash artist in Cincinnati.
