Dr. Heim and his staff are AMAZING! They are professional and truly go above and beyond to care for their patients. I had a braces emergency and Dr. Heim met us at his office on his day off. I was blown away. It was an issue that someone else may have made us suffer through the weekend with, but he took the time to make sure my son was taken care. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible.

My son and I both love visiting Dr. Heim and all the wonderful sweet ladies that work in the office! They are all so good with explaining everything and being so helpful with any questions or concerns. I give them 5 stars because it is a wonderful place with fantastic people! We could not have picked a better orthodontics office!

Dr Heim is a very caring and gentle orthodontist. The way he talks to my son and encourages him is a beautiful thing. In this type of business, you've got to have a great chair-side manner which he does. Anyone I know that has ever gone to him always has wonderful things to say about him and his staff.

Dr. Matt Heim is awesome! I have sent many people to him because of his patience, fantastic demeanor and overall positive office environment. His staff is friendly, personable and take time to get to know you as patients.
It is perfect for kids and for the adults who wait on the kids during their appointment. He has a great magazine selection! I couldn't recommend Dr. Heim any higher.
