Panama City Gutter

I got gutters a few months back and the sales team were great gutter intall was done timely. When I paid in full they said if I have any issues to call. The problems started right after install - some of the gutters leak, paint has come off one, and the gutter guards I paid extra for are not installed correctly as they are falling, over $2000 plus later and I have called over 6 times and they say they will send someone out..never happens..Now I am just getting their voicemail service and even the promise someone will call back still has not happened. I guess the next step is BBB?

The installers showed up on time, inspected my gutters and discussed the over flow issue I was having. After inspecting the existing installation they determined that the upper gutters did not tie into the valley from the upper roof; so recommended they extend the upper gutter to relieve the overflow of water on the lower gutters. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They also were very careful to not damage our landscaping and cleaned up the site when they were finished. I can't say enough positive things about this company. I am very happy with the work they did for me.

I called three other companies and was unsuccessful in having anyone call me back until a friend referred me to Panama City Gutters and it was a seamless process from beginning to end. I scheduled the appointment and Chris came out and gave me his recommendations and actually took a pic of the back of my home and drew how he wanted to place the gutters so I had a visual. Once the gutters were installed, I wanted some minor changes and Eddie came back out the same day and made the corrections. I would definitely recommend using Panama City Gutters.

It is currently November 29, 2020. I first reached out to Panama City Gutters at the very end of July 2020 requesting their services regarding purchasing/ installing black half round gutters and rain chains. Being raised in a family whose income was revolved around small businesses- I give everyone the benefit of the doubt and am very aware of all the mishaps one could have. In this case, none of this is relevant.

The employees at this business have had the worst communication, the lies I have been told have been drug out since the first week of being in contact with them. On August 3rd I paid

Eddie and his crew were very professional, prompt, efficient and friendly. From the start time to the full completion of the install of our gutters, it only took 3.5 hours. We couldn't be happier with our new gutters and how quickly the install was completed. I would recommend Panama City Gutters to everyone I know or anyone who I overheard inquiring about have gutters installed. They have reasonable prices, friendly staff and do an amazing job!

Will not recommend. Salesperson said they would complete job within 3 weeks and had to call on week 5 to schedule appointment. No show on day they scheduled so I asked for the $300 deposit back and haven't seen yet within a week. They did finally call me back after I sent them a nasty email and tried to schedule again and I told them to forget it. Use South Coast Seamless Gutter instead. They show up on time and do not require a deposit.

Unresponsive by phone. only got called after i informed the sales rep that i would not be able to proceed with the gutter installation. i asked that the deposit i placed by credit card be refunded to the same card. got a song and dance about the difficulty in doing so, they would prefer either a money transfer to my bank account or a check to be mailed. i insisted on a credit to my bank card. so far one week later ... nothing. today a week later i finally get through to them and i am told the refund was processed. i talked to my bank they say no refund has come through. the charge is disputed

If I could give 0 stars for customer service I would. While the actual end product was up to standards, this company's customer service and lack of communication was severely lacking. The only time that the company was in frequent communication with my husband and I was when the work on our home had been completed and they were looking for payment.
