I've had Brazilian waxes in the past but Erica really made this one stand out from the rest. She is not only gentle, communicative and great at relaxing her clients. She takes time to go over possible skin routines that might help with any problem areas you may be struggling with. I will definitely be making Wax Haven my permanent go-to spot for all waxes!

My experience was awesome!!! Erica is as professional as she is pleasant. Everything was explained so I had no surprises and minimal pain.She is quick and gave me priceless post-wax recommendations. I'm so glad she decided to fill this much needed void (waxing salon) in Winter Haven. An additional bonus...online booking!
