Our Art Department works with an extensive library of type styles and national logos. Utilizing the most innovative software, our art department can accept most vector files in an IBM format. You can either send the file to us through the mail or email it to your sales representative. Whether your job is for a small local business or a nationally known franchise, McHenry Industries will have what is necessary to complete the job.
Our plastics department has the technology and experience to take your design and prepare it for the state of the art CNC Router/Plotter that we implement to cut vinyl, letter molds and push through letters. The CNC/Plotter is capable of cutting aluminum as well as plastic. We now have the capability to cut up to 8 x 16 poly carbonate faces in one piece.
Our Sheet Metal department custom makes sign cabinetry to your specifications. In either aluminum sheet or extrusion, your sign cabinet will be manufactured by a team of professionals that will pay attention to detail, from the first weld, to the time it is prepared for the paint booth. We only install 800ma high output ballasts, cool white high-output lamps.
