Troy originally suggested we do an online auction due to "fear of bad checks and terrible location . " Howevet when it came to the property he then changed his mind and set it up as a live auction with no pre offers accepted and no online bidding could take place . Which naturally weeded out most of potential competion.. if u wanted to participate you had to had to be there on a Wednesday n October at 1pm. With the addition of no reserve amount set it sold for 21k and had never been officially appraised . It was 9.5 acres w new well and 5 shipping containers stuck together to make a very cool eco

I was told by Troy $200-300 for my mineral report and got billed from the landman for almost $400. The report was incomplete and worthless. The landman would only accept a check and well I haven't written a check in 10 years. While tying to figure out how to pay for my worthless report I fell seriously I'll and spent the next several months fighting for my life. I finally got the landman paid and reached out to Troy to finally sell my rights. Well they completely blew me off because I didn't get the landman paid in a timely manner. I can not recommend these people to sell your property. It's all

This is so much fun! I love auctions! You never know what you might find in their auctions...if you like auctions but don't like to get out in the crowd this is the place for you. Personally I work during the day and can't make it to most auctions. That problem is solved with Lippard's online auctions. Check it out!!!

This auction house is not only the best in OKLAHOMA, it's the top action house west of the Mississippi. They have intelligent, caring owners and a staff who looks out for the best interest of the buyers. If there were 10 stars I would give them all ten. Troy and Angie Lippard (owners) are amazing people with a compassionate heart. Trust them implicitly.

I have participated in online auctions and live auctions with Lippard and have always enjoyed their auctions. They work very hard to accommodate with pickup on the online auctions. They take numerous pictures and will note any nicks or dings on products. These are honest people, hard working and willing to work with you. Did I mention they are very honest people, not always the case with auctioneers.
