I worked at a law firm for 10 years prior to opening an office and starting Alexandria Title Co. I enjoy gardening, reading and spending time with family and friends. I started working part time for Alexandria Title Co. around 1997 and currently work full time helping Jody with the closing files, construction disbursements and abstracting as time allows.

Services
An Abstract of Title is the legal history of a parcel of land. The abstract is based on documents that have been recorded with the County Recorder's Office. An O&E is a report showing the last deed of record and any existing, open liens and mortgages recorded since the deed was recorded. A Search is typically a report showing everything of record on the land between a specific set of dates or timeline.
