Bouquets by Carolyn (BBC), is the first African American Woman Owned Floral Business in Saint Paul, Minnesota. BBC was established in 1990, opening the doors of her first location on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. When BBC started the specialty was in artificial floral design and arranging only.

I received flowers from Carolyn for my 30th birthday last year and they’ve been my local florist ever since! They call and make sure you’re home so that the flowers aren’t out in the cold. A+ customer service. Just put in an order to send flowers to a friend and service was speedy and it was easy to place an order! The card was handwritten which is always such a nice touch.

We were caught by surprise by a sudden illness in the family. While other florists had (and still have) long wait times, Bouquets by Carolyn answered the phone and with a wonderful attitude, and was able to design, construct, and deliver the flowers just a couple hours after our order. They came out beautifully and were well worth the reasonable price. And best of all, it's a black woman owned business! We highly recommend this florist above all others. Carolyn designed a beautiful bouquet that I had sent to my parents as a thank you. They absolutely loved them. I can't find the photo that they sent but know that I have high standards for floral arrangements and was very impressed. I actually spoke with Carolyn herself on the phone when placing my order and she was incredibly kind and gracious. No issues with delivery.

Amazing customer service. Friends ordered flowers for me following my fathers passing and the owner took the extra effort to call before delivering on a cold and snowy day to ensure that I would be home to receive the delivery so that the flowers would not have to sit outside long and freeze. And they were beautiful!
