I’ve been going to Dr. Wegener for 3ish years now. I’ve seen multiple chiropractors before finding Dr. Wegener and was unable to find one that could adjust me and treat me properly. His staff is amazing as well and I can’t speak highly enough about them. I would give this establishment 10 stars if it was an option.

My husband and I have been going to Dr Don off and on for many years now. He is the best! A friend who is a chiropractor in SC (to tell you how long ago it has been) checked out the yellow pages and found Dr. Wegener for us after calling and interviewing him. At that time, Dr. Wegener was one of two board certified chiropractors in orthopedics in the state of TN and the only one in Knoxville. We have referred many friends to him (including one chiropractor) and highly recommend him.

They tried to tell me that if I filed my insurance that I would have to owe or pay more then cash price. That was untrue after paying them 204.00 and making them file my insurance after talking to my insurance company they actually owe me a refund. But my complaint is that they wanted me to only pay cash they did not want me to file my insurance because they get more money out of me or they just don't know what they are doing in the billing dept. They need to hire someone that knows what they are doing. always talk to your insurance company first.
