Computer Chick

Seby began working in computer technology in 1997 when she moved to the 'Silicon Valley' in California. After coming 'back home' to West Virginia, she opened her first repair shop in 2008. She ran Computer Chick out of her home for several years while also working as an on-site tech doing warranty work for Dell, HP, Samsung, Toshiba and others.

We are transitioning to an APPOINTMENT ONLY model. This allows us to give more attention to each customer and ensure they get the assistance they need without significant interruptions. Please remember that all service deposits are non-refundable. All, or some of your deposit may go toward your actual repair cost.

We realize that transitioning to Appointment Only is going to be inconvenient for some folks. With appointments, we are able to better focus on the needs of the customer we are assisting. This is especially important for remote support calls. With the exception of an emergency, you are assured that we will give you our full attention for the amount of time you have reserved in advance.

Computer Chick is located at the end of Fries Avenue on the right side of the dead-end street. We are bordering the lovely Swan Creek nature preserve with a large parking area. We are in the process of installing our full-service shop within the garage on the property. We hope to be ready for walk-in business by the beginning of Summer 2022!
