Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
I was referred to TCS solutions from Sun setter. I had a scheduled appointment that took 2 weeks. The day of the appointment Tom did not show up or call. Wasted my afternoon waiting for a company that never showed. That is not very professional if you can't even call, text or email a customer if you can't make it.
