Raneem Al-Jamal is a nutritionist and certified personal trainer. She received her B.A. in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Raneem's experience in the fitness industry stretches over several years and includes boot-camp class leadership, spin (indoor cycle) instructor, group fitness and one-on-one private training.
As a nutritionist, she has helped hundreds of clients achieve their desired results using scientific, evidence-based nutrition education, NOT cookie cutter meal plans and (insert macro nutrient here)-free diets! Although Raneem provides training and nutrition services to both men and women of all ages, she specializes in women's health and fitness.

Services
Process: Once you sign up, we will decide on our check-in days! I will message or email you on that day and make sure you are on task with the plan we agreed to. I will give you access to my workout app, the app consists of 20 minute workouts that can be done at home. You will also be added to Iron Mind's private Facebook group allowing access to recipe idea, quick workouts and group motivation!
This program is targeted towards people with busy lifestyles who have a difficult time making it to the gym. Just like in-person training, I will walk you through a full workout, while watching your form and motivating you. I will send you a google hangout link before the start of each scheduled session.
I can honestly say going on 52 years old this trainer has gotten me in the best shape of my life and allowed me to pass on to others some great knowledge and tools of learning how to just be better overall. Raneem Al-Jamal you are the best. I have been working with Raneem for about 8 Months and she has given me great confidence, while building endurance and strength.

Raneem is excellent with goal-oriented plans! She efficiently uses the time to work on what fits your long term goals best. She’s challenging in all the ways that I needed a fitness professional to be since I definitely needed to learn how to hold my posture right/breathe right/flex right while I worked out.

Last summer I started to work with Raneem to lose weight. She was wonderful. I learned how to track my calories properly and stay focused on my goal. She was always there to answer any questions an even calculated my calories if a sent her a picture. She gave great advice on how to manage calories if I was going out. I enjoyed working with Raneem and highly recommend her for nutritional weight loss. I was successful in hitting my goal!

Raneem is a wonderful trainer. She helped me get back into shape and eat better! I improved my overall health by training with her. I went from not being able to jog for a minute to jogging for 5 minutes straight (which doesn’t sound like a big achievement but trust me it is). I’ve gotten stronger and I can feel and see my improvements on my body. I continue to take the knowledge I’ve gained and incorporate it in my day to day life. I highly recommend her!!
