Purchased 2 brand new vacuums with bill acceptors. One bill acceptor never worked from day one and JE ADAMS is unwillingly to make it right. My technician noted that bill acceptor wasn’t working from the start and JE ADAMS has offered every possible excuse rather than compromise and solutions. When you pay thousands of dollars for a companies product you expect the product to work as it should, and to not be given every possible excuse as to why it doesn’t work. JE ADAMS does not stand by their product or customers. Customer service is absolutely terrible.
