I felt what I thought was a trans miss, set up quickly lined up appt, put my SUV to the test they couldn't find anything amiss, so it was free, "won't charge for something we don't find". I'm not sure all would be like this. Very up front about expected prices which are fair, and did not take advantage of me/the situation. Professional/very fair prices for the oil change I did get while there. Will DEFINITELY return!

Great place to do business. Very accommodating the schedule we were on since we were on vacation. Very pleasant to deal with in our time of need. If I lived in the area I would use them for all my vehicle needs. Ashland is very lucky to have them as a business!!

Not sure if I'm giving unbiased review. I haven't contacted them to let them know the rear end they put in my truck is already broken again. My transmission leaks all over my driveway when it never did before they "fixed" it. The leaf springs on the used axel wouldn't even hold up the back of my truck. Not to mention the rear end they took off didn't have any rust on it. The one they put on is orange. Heard a ticking sound, less than a half mile later it's roaring and there's a vibration. Parked it and haven't had the time to call them. Almost 2000 dollars and about 9 months is broke down sitting

The staff at Glen Allen Transmission goes above and beyond to make sure your car is running good and that your satisfied. On top of this they stand behind their work. I have an older vehicle, and after having it serviced when a small issue creeped up a few months later they still honored their deal and fixed it at no additional cost.
