Tough looking for places to live in a Covid environment. You want someone who knows the area well where you want to live and can advise/guide you. Derek has been fantastic!! He set me up in listings for my chosen area and even offered to check with one of his clients to see if there was an opportunity. He's since followed up to see how he can help/support. Wouldn't hesitate in using him or his services.

Do NOT use this realtor.
Horrible communications with this company and with realtor Derek Lau. I sent email communications on Hot Pads and Zillow to get more details about a rental listing. 4 days went by and no response. I called the phone number on Zillow and left a voicemail that was recorded for "Derek Lau." I googled Derek Lau and found another phone number for him. He answered the phone unprofessionally. I asked him about the zillow rental listing for the home and informed him I have been trying to contact him. He responded, "What are you calling for?" Seriously

Derek has been our agent for about 6 years now and has done an awesome job! He is very thorough in his research of comps in areas you are interested in purchasing a home and also if you want to rent your property. He is very knowledgeable in the current trends of the market as well as the laws and rights of a property owner. He definitely got the best deals on our homes and we are very happy!

Worst company ever, tried to get them to fix an AC that started to build a grotesque amount of mold. The realtor Derek Lau thought he was an expert on mold and tried to provide expert advice on how to deal with it. After contacting Derek about the situation he started to have a little kid attitude and became very sarcastic which I could care less. I have always paid the rent on time and this is what you get from a third rate real estate company. I could've cared less if I didn't have a 3 week old daughter in the house, but what does this company care right just about money. Never again
