Most of us have hair. And sometimes, not where we want it. That's where Reveal+ comes in. At its core, Reveal+ is a downtown wax shop. The concept behind Reveal Body Waxing + is to provide in-demand services from a location that is also accessible to the multitudinous charms of downtown McHenry. We opened for business in 2014 on McHenry's Green St. There, Reveal had a small room within a bigger salon spa.
In a few years' time we were ready to secure a solo location and to begin offering other services. Excitedly, in April of 2017, Reveal took up residence on McHenry's historic Riverside Drive. Now that we have a little bit more room, Reveal+ also offers Massage Therapy and Lash Extensions in addition to Body Waxing.

Reveal Skin Care is my spot! Such a relaxing atmosphere, clean and so easy to get to! I adore Kim..she is so welcoming, makes everyone feel comfortable, & my waxing is painless—what more can a woman ask for! 😆 I pass along Kim’s services to anyone wanting to try a wax! Also the after care cream Kim passing along is MAGIC! Overall amazing!

This was was my 2nd ever brazilian wax. This is Kim's specialty. She is professional, thorough and is a a most excellent practitioner. Her easy going personality put me at ease and helped me to relax. The space is perfect for this practice it is private and the environment is also relaxing and clean. Kim is one of the few professionals that take male clients and she is comfortable in that setting unlike my 1st wax experience at another business. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Reveal Skin Care is outstanding! The owner, Kim, is amazing at what she does. I will only go to her for my underarm wax and eyebrows. For years I have struggled with two differently shaped brows and she is an expert at figuring out how to make them look the same! She clearly cares a lot about her customers and is super accommodating. I very highly recommend her and her shop!!
