Here at Seven Valley Home Renovations LLC, it is our goal to provide Quality Work at a Fair Price. We do our very best to foresee potential issues that may arise on our projects and be open and honest about them. We upfront about any additional costs our clients may incur so they can plan accordingly.
The most important advice that can be given, is to perform regular maintained and upkeep. A few hundred dollars throughout the year for upkeep can save thousands in the long run by preventing larger, more costly repairs. Maintanence also allows you to identify HVAC systems, like water heaters & furnaces, that may be at the end of there life.
When you contact Seven Valley, we will review your project, and set a time for an inspection and walk through. We with then take all that information and prepare a fair and accurate estimate for your review and consideration. Many times homeowners have several items on their remodeling wish list. Prioritize each project as you see fit based on your household needs and available financing.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the renovation completed by Kelly and his team. The workers were prompt, respectful and very professional. Having others within your home could be an uncomfortable experience but we were immediately put at ease and appreciated how respectful the team was. Our project included adding a master bath, a walk in closet and an office area. All aspects were completed with the highest level of craftsmanship. We are very happy with the finished product and would not hesitate to use their services again.

We contacted Kelly at Seven Valley Home Renovations unsure about the options for our front porch and door project and with very little idea about what could even be done. Kelly guided us through designing the project, choosing materials and making a great plan. We went from having no vision for our porch to knowing exactly what to expect and being excited to see it come to fruition.

I'm editing this review, because Google was not letting me add a new one. Add another great job at my house from Seven Valley. They just finished replacing rotten siding on my house, and did a great job. I'm very happy. This is the third time I have used them, as they also replaced a skylight for me over the summer. Highly recommend.
After seeing an add in the Pennysaver, I contacted Kelly about replacing all of the windows and doors in my house. I didn't want replacement windows, I wanted new construction windows. Kelly came out and gave me some good ideas, and after I signed with Seven Valley

Kelly and the guys from Seven Valley were great to work with, polite, smart, and honest. Kelly, the owner is easy to work with and has great ideas. We had a deck installed, and he was very up front with me even when we had a few setbacks which were out of his hands. I would certainly hire him for other jobs around my house. Highly recommended.

I have to say, I was incredible happy with the professionalism and quality of workmanship that Seven Valley Home Renovations provided. The construction industry is in desperate need of more companies like this. The Owner Kelly was easy to talk to and always available when we needed something or had additional questions. The horror stories you hear about contractors now days and being new home owners, my wife and I feel very lucky to have found these guys. The foreman Mike was awesome to deal with and made sure the site was cleaned thouroghly every day which meant a lot to my wife. Will def use
