Snyderman Shoes

Nice place, mom and I have going there for over 4 years now and always get Garry to help us, sadly he retired, so this time we were helped by another person who did not seem to be very enthusiastic about helping us. When I was trying to help my mom on making a decision, he commented on how "mean" I was, I literally felt like he did not want to show us more shoes to pick from. A very disappointing visit.

Today was a fun day. My grandson is turning 8 and he needed a pair of new shoes. Of course he has two younger brothers 6 and 2, so how can I not get them shoes too lol? So Dave and I and two of our friends met them at Synderman's shoe store in Ft. Myers. It's always the go to store for us, because you receive personal attention, as well as professional knowledge in fitting shoes. They also have lots of patience and are great with kids. Rick Snyderman is an excellent ambassador for retail shoe stores. I needed special shoes and he made himself available to advise and recommend every step of the way. It's not easy to coordinate and herd doctors and the government to respond quickly and on time. He is a pro. Always makes you feel welcome expecially when pain is in the way.

Very professional shop with knowledgeable sales people. They work solely with athletic shoes especially New Balance, Brooks etc.

I started buying my kid's shoes here back in the 80's as they have narrow feet and most shoe stores seem to only carry medium widths. Now 30+ years later I bring my granddaughter here for her shoes for the same reason. Great personalized service and always friendly.

This is a favorite show store of mine. My family and I have been coming here for years upon years! When ever we come in we always ask for Joe. He is by far the best of the best. He takes customer service to the next level! And makes 100% sure everyone leaves with a pair of shoes that fits their feet. He will even suggest different brands of shoes to match with peoples individual need.

I grew up with one foot significantly smaller then the other. But he never found an issue in that so he will make sure I have the best shoes to match what ever I am up to.

Best shoe store in town. I never knew it was possible to have shoes that's didn't make your feet hurt. Always excellent service and suggestions. Prices are typically comparable to what you would pay on amazon or direct from the shoe manufacturers. As great as the service is here I'd be willing to pay extra to make sure they are still around for years to come. If you come on Saturday be prepared to wait for help from the staff but it's worth it.

My mother has been having horrible foot pain with pins and needles. Due to this she has had to give up taking long walks as well as biking. We went to Snydermans today and were helped by Joseph. He was wonderful, very knowledgeable and patient. He spent a long time with my mother and we were able to buy a pair of sneakers and sandals that hopefully will help. We went for a short walk tonight with the sneakers and we are happy to report there were no pins and needles noted when she returned. This was well worth the visit, I would highly recommend.

Love them. My son has an extra wide foot. Only place that carries shoes that will actually fit him. They are friendly and always welcoming when we come in.

I've been getting all of my running shoes from Snyderman since arriving in SWFL 15 years ago. For the first time ever, a new pair of shoes I purchased there turned out to be defective. It was several weeks before I could make it to the shop, but the staff took one look and ordered me a new pair on the spot. I'm not sure another store would have done the same. While I was trying the new pair on, I overheard a staffer on the phone with a customer who may have had some mobility issues. I have been in pain and trying to recover from an ankle injury. I could not find any shoes that would work with my lace up brace. My mom suggested that I go to Snyderman's.

From the minute I walked in, it was a great experience! The salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable and caring. This is the first time that I went to a store where they insisted upon measuring feet. I'm so glad they did because I now have a perfectly fitting shoe. We even bought my son a pair of shoes when we were there in the kids section, and they were so helpful and kind to him as well.

The best place around to buy high quality school shoes for kids. Employees make sure the fit is perfect. The service is outstanding and friendly. The selection is impeccable. They even have hard to find school uniform compliant shoes in a variety of widths.

I thought they were a New Balance store, not a retailer of NB. Pro , I can return the shoes prior to 30 day's. I was tempted to ask if that is so, they must have a good selection of worn footwear for less than 30 days at a discount? Con there is very little choice in Ft. Myers for New Balance since I do wear 9 4E , which isn't found anywhere but on the internet or a real NB store.

I have been taking my Father to see Rick Snyderman for his diabetic shoes for years now. Not only do they schedule us on a Saturday, to accommodate my work schedule, but the amount of paperwork and red tape he has to go through to fit my father is amazing.
The task of measuring, fitting, ordering and refitting is done with such care and knowledge.
Of all the hundreds of people he must see over the course of year, Rick always remembers personal significant questions to ask my father (87 yrs.) that makes him "light up".

What a great shoe store. They actually measure your feet and recommend the perfect shoe for your aching feet. I was fitted for a medical-grade New Balance shoe a full size different than what I thought was perfect for me. They know best so trust them.

Not a happy customer I was specifically told I could go home wear my shoes if they hurt my feet or I was not happy with them I could bring them back. He even told me I could wear them outside, which I did not do. They were worn one hour on the treadmill. I went to the store today to return them I was told no refund but I could exchange. I explained I had specifically been told I could return them. I feel like this is a very deceptive business practice and will never purchase anything from them again. I will pay more money and gladly stay with Foot Solutions in Estero!

Can't beat service or knowledge!!!! Husband got a sweet new pair of running shoes and the price was the same as sports authority and other big retailers!!!! We love this family business!!!!!

Coming to this store for a new pair of running shoes has definitely become a yearly event for me. I live in Denver, CO, and my parents live in Ft. Myers. When I'm down here around Christmas time, I'm always up for a new pair! The employees are always friendly and knowledgable. You come in, let them know what sport you're into, how seriously you're into it (i.e. marathons, half marathons, casual exercise, golf, walking, etc), and they bring as many shoes to you to try on as needed until you're set!
