Looking for a photographer on a family vacation or babymoon? I'm your girl. I am obsessed with maternity and family sessions, but to be honest I love shooting any kind of session.
I photograph all walks of life. As long as the occasion is special to you, it's special to me. Aside from this absolute dream job, I spend most of my time hanging out with my tiny best friend, Lyla, and taking advantage of the sun and outdoors with my little fam. We love hiking, biking together and we are currently teaching Lyla girl how to swim.

Holy moly, how can I give Gemma a 100 star review!? 5 stars just doesn't cut it! My boyfriend and I were staying at Honokeana Cove for our babymoon and were fortunate enough to meet Gemma and her husband Ray. When she told us she was a photographer we were so excited to book an impromptu maternity photo shoot the last day we were in Maui.

We can’t say enough about how amazing Gemma is! We had our photographer back out last minute and she came to our rescue and provide us with the most amazing trash the dress pictures. We are so lucky that she was able to step up and will remember this forever! If you are thinking about booking with her I highly suggest it.

Our shoot with Gemma was one of our favorite evenings of our entire trip! We laughed and played throughout the WHOLE session. Gemma was thoughtful, gave great direction, and went above and beyond to get a variety of backgrounds and angles. The pictures were everything we wanted/expected after looking through Gemma's portfolio when researching our choice of photographer. We "ooo"-ed and "ahh"-ed looking through the gallery afterward! My wife and I had an amazing time with Gemma and are completely in love with our photos. We are so happy to have photos of us on our honeymoon. My wife is very uncomfortable getting photos taken but Gemma made us feel at ease and we ended up having a lot of fun. We love the spot she recommended for the shoot. I cannot recommend Gemma enough! She is so incredibly talented, kind and made us feel so comfortable during our photoshoot! My boyfriend (now fiancé) and I were visiting Maui when he proposed. We only had two days left of our vacation when we decided to try to do an engagement photoshoot here in beautiful Maui! Gemma is incredible! From our first email encounter I could feel her genuine excitement and love for what she does. I simply mentioned a little of what I had in mind for our maternity/paternity photo session and entrusted her with the rest. Gemma provided advice for the location and constantly provided great ideas during the session for posing and feeling most comfortable. We are not at all normally comfortable with photo sessions but she made it so fun and easy and we could not be happier with the results!

We used Gemma for our family photos in Maui and she did absolutely incredible! She had great ideas and was so sweet and friendly! Her photography is so stunning. She also got my little guy to smile, I think he's hard to photograph but we got some amazing photos of him that I will always cherish! We are using these photos for our Christmas cards and I can't wait to print them for our home as well.

So as a guy, I’ll be the first to admit I’m not the biggest fan of photo shoots. I always feel so awkward, like not knowing where to look, where to put my arm, whether to smile or give serious looks, etc. So my wife definitely has to twist my arm a bit for us to do a family/maternity shoot with Gemma....and wow was it the best decision ever. Gemma is so kind and positive and she has this way of just making you all feel natural and comfortable, and she made the shoot FUN. Gemma is an incredible photographer. We recently had a family maternity shoot with her and I have never felt more comfortable in front of the camera. Gemma is not only incredibly talented and professional, she is one of the sweetest people I've met! She did such a great job taking our family pictures. She knew the best place to take them, she had great ideas, and they turned out SO amazing. My 8 month old was pretty shy and timid the entire session, but Gemma snapped some pictures as we were walking to the car of my girl smiling and I am so grateful she took time to do that, even after our session ended! Cannot say enough wonderful things about sweet Gemma!
