My well water pump suddenly stopped working. I called my water service company (late afternoon) who had another emergency and couldn't come out. They referred me to Doug. Even though we had never spoken before and he was 45 minutes away, he came right down to troubleshoot the problem. Doug is a breath of fresh air! He's incredibly knowledgeable, talented and professional, very much "old school" work ethic and recommends what is best for you, period! Affordable Water has been servicing our water system for years! Doug & Rick did just did a great job installing a reverse osmosis system and hooking it up to our ice maker! I have awful water problems and when my annual service was done on the softener system they took a water sample. I can NOT get an answer from these people. When I call they promise to get back to me. "writing you on my calendar right now" he says. 2 months later....still no answer to resolution to my problem. Shopping for a new water company.:(

WHAT CAN I SAY WE CAME HOME AND OUR BASEMENT HAD 4 INCHES OF WATER OUR SUMP PUMP BURNT OUT FROM THE EXESIVE WATER COMING IN FROM OUR WELL PUMP WELLTROL TANK CALLED AFFORDABLE WATER ON A SUDAY EVENING THE OWENER DOUG CALLED US BACK 10 MINUTES LATER SCHEDULED US NEXT DDAYYY MONDAY EVEN THOW HE. WAS. 3 WEEKS BOOKED OUT HIS GIRL AT THE OFFICE IS A GREAT PERSON SHE CALLED ON. MONDAY TO LET US KNOW THE TECHNITION WAS ON HIS WAY RICH SHOWED UP TIRED FROM THE RECORD HEAT BUT DID AN AWESOME JOB LEFT IT BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL JOB WOW 10 STARS WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH FOR THIS GROUP E CHOICE FOR WATER PROBLEMS

I have dealt with this company for more than 15 years. They have been superb! They arrive when they said they would come, do an excellent job and never overcharge. They are especially good with emergencies. A year or 2 ago, I had a water emergency on a Friday evening and feared I might be without water for the weekend. The owner arrived at my house at 8 PM, determined that it was an electrical problem, not a water problem.
