There is a reason that I have been using them for 45+ years. My 16 year old Home Theatre Receiver died. They installed the Anthem MRX 1140 which made a stunning difference (even my wife said the voices a more realistic). The installer ( make that every installer that has visited) is amazing. Very professional. They made sure I understood how to utilize all the options I needed to know. During the installation a remote unit was found to be faulty (nothing to do with the receiver), the owner's son drove to Great Neck to deliver a replacement unit so they could finish the install today.

I have been a regular customer of Audio Den for 20 years. You might say they're the ones who got me into the audio racket in the first place. (To underscore how long ago that was, let me just say that I have been shopping there since Roy last had dark hair.) I have always enjoyed a good relationship with their salespeople; these days, Bob and Malcolm regularly prove that Audio Den is the best place to buy audio equipment for miles around. We had an amazing experience with Audio Den! They did all our control systems, security, projectors and audio in our house. Mike, who was assigned to work on everything was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything functions and looks great!

I wasn't an Audio Den customer, but I can speak highly of the staff there. I got a flat on my way home and by chance pulled off onto the street next to Audio Den. I can change a tire on a new car pretty easily, but my old truck required an extra hand. While I was fighting (and cursing) with each step, two employees came out and offered me some much needed help. They got their hands just as dirty as mine and even gave me some air so that I could get to the nearest shop. If they treated a stranger so well, imagine how they will treat a customer.

My husband went in looking for some information on equipment they carried. They were so helpful and knowledgeable, not pushy at all, so well informed, willing to spend as much time with us as we needed, even offered to show us other interesting things we were not even in the market for. Their showroom was open and airy. We would not hesitate to buy from them when we do make our purchase.

The store carries the finest quality products and audiophile can get. From Wilson to Bowers and Wilkins to Paradigm they have quality speakers that will fit any budget. They also have the knowledge to get the most out of your budget. I am new to audio equipment and setups. Malcom was extremely patient in listening to my existing setup and advised me in terms of general equipment knowledge, as well as specifics regarding the speakers I bought from them.
I happily walked out with a Bowers center and an open box Bowers subwoofer. Malcom promised to find and ship the box for the subwoofer, with the manual and accessories, and he fulfilled his promise.

Finally found a great home theatre company, Audio Den. We schlepped to Audio Den and could NOT be happier! Nice staff and pleasant atmosphere! Honest and patient as well. I have been an Audio Den customer since the mid 70's. This is the only place that I trust to buy Audio, TV, and Home Theatre Systems. The advice is right on. Where else can you find the Owner telling you not to buy a new piece of gear? Their installation is amazing, neat and clean. They set it up and explain (sometimes in too much detail) how everything works and clean up after themselves.They do not leave until you are satisfied. Over the years, they may not been convenient but they are worth the drive.
