I have never had anything but excellent service from this company! My father and I have purchased 2 awnings from them, and my neighbors have as well. I have referred them to several friends and family and they have been happy as well.
People, please keep in mind that we are in the midst of an employee shortage and the cost of goods are rising.
This is a small, family owned company, and I am happy to support small business in any way that I can.

This company made and installed awnings for my mother. The installation was less than acceptable. They removed the outside porch light without ever communicating with the home owner. They were short a rod and promised to deliver it. It has been almost 2 years and they still have not delivered the rod. Don’t believe this company values their customers or even attempts to provide a minimum level of service.

The worst. Don't waste your time with these scammers. They will not install your awning unless you threaten legal action against them. Blaming Covid for everything this year.

Terrible customer service. Threw away a $3000 awning of mine without telling me as I could not install it because I was getting work done on my house and deck. Owner is rude and doesn’t know the first thing about communicating in a professional manner. Not recommended.

Had a stationary awning replaced. Tony measured our frame and four weeks later, it arrived. It was installed while we were shopping. So nice to come home to this lovely surprise!
