What is Cupping? Cupping is one of civilization's oldest and most globally recognized treatments for relieving pain and inflammation while also increasing mobility. Traditional Chinese medicine utilizes cupping techniques to relieve stagnation, restoring the flow of Qi, or energy that moves throughout and around our beings.
Cupping incorporates decompression by pulling skin, tissues and muscle upwards into a vacuum cup. The space created by the suction increases circulation and allows fresh, oxygenated blood to rush into the area while stagnant waste matter and toxins are transported out, effectively restoring balance.

I just had a massage with Aree and she was amazing! She read my body's needs, made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I drifted off to completely accept all the healing she poured into my body and it was just amazing. Can't recommend Aree Sprowls enough! Can't wait to come back for another 90 min (deep tissue with cupping) ASAP. I can only image what a regular massage with her could do for my back and neck pain. So glad to find her, she is gifted!!

I have gotten a massage by ALL of the therapist and truthfully they're all amazing.
Mari does amazing cranial sacral work and really take a slow approach to her craft, which I LOVE.
Jean - he really helped me with some sports related issues I was experiencing AND he does acupuncture, which I plan to schedule sooner then later.
Aree - She has amazing pressure and really gets in there. After a long day a work, it's REALLY want I need. She has a Thai background as well so I got the combo Thai / deep tissue and I slept like a baby!
Anna - Her intuitive work really helped with some chronic pain

This massage place is right by me and I decided to give it a try. I asked the owner who she suggested given that I have fibromyalgia and it can be exacerbated if massage is too deep. She suggested Mari. I've seen her three times and I find she has a welcoming, lovely down to earth personality and makes me feel very safe and comfortable. The massage is fabulous and very relaxing. She knows the body very well and I would definitely go back again any time I come back to San Diego.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Anna is the true definition of kindness and professionalism. Her wonderful energy immediately relaxes you when you step foot into her office and she really listens to what your concerns and needs are from the appointment. She is so good at what she does that she books up quickly so definitely reach out to make an appointment beforehand. I have had chronic pain issues for 10 years and other massages, acupuncture and chiropractors haven't been able to solve. After a few massage/cupping appointments with Anna I feel worlds better and feel like I am finally

Anna is amazing! I have seen her on a monthly basis for two years now. I look forward to my monthly massage because of how attentive Anna is to my body’s ailments and tension. The bodywork that Annette has done on me has been amazing. Her understanding of the body allows her to effectively focus on making progress with my chronic issues in addition to facilitating muscle recovery from my workouts. She's incredibly skilled at finding areas that I didn't even know were sore and I always feel better after our sessions. Regardless of the type of massage, from relaxation to deep tissue, you will not regret your session with Annette.

This is hands down the best massage and cupping experiences I've had.
