Working with Brenda Underwood helped me shift my perspective of where I am to where I want to go. During my session, I needed to change my mindset and needing assistance in my leadership development. When I decided to get my Life Coaching Certification, I had already been a business coach for a while. However, I noticed that a lot of issues that my clients were having in their business stemmed from things going on in their life. If you are looking for coaching on career and life in general, I would definitely recommend Brenda Underwood. Brenda was excellent at asking questions that allowed me to think about action steps to take at work and in my personal life. As we come to a close wrapping up my sessions, I feel much more confident, and have a clearer vision for the future. Her recommending that I listen to positive mantras and motivational videos each day are only a couple of things that really made my experience worth while! Brenda Underwood’s coaching style is encouraging and tailored to each group member’s success. Our one on one session last night was unexpected, but very much welcomed. She asked the hard questions that got me thinking about my goals and aspirations for my business. Brenda allowed me space to express my reservations and frustrations without passing judgement.
