When you and your spouse agree on most everything but the paperwork and the process are both daunting: let us handle it. After one office visit and a bit of homework you will be on your way to completing your amicable divorce in a few short weeks. After you explain your wishes to us, we handle all the paperwork and provide you with a package to simply sign and drop off with the clerk without having to set foot in the court room.
Let us do it for you. When you're ready to complete your dissolution, work with Meri to simplify the process, eliminate redundancy, and to best phrase the required legal elements for your unique situation. After only one or two appointments, have your divorce ready for filing quickly and easily, with no court appearance, for a predictable flat fee.
With a Joint Dissolution Mediation through Forward Legal you may handle your entire dissolution and/or parenting plan from separation to the final order from the court without the need for separate attorneys. Mediation will involve several joint and separate appointments with the family law attorney in order to gather all relevant information, evaluate all of your family's options, and come to a final decision.
Collaborative Divorce is for couples with moderate to high amounts of conflict, who want to ensure their rights and goals are protected, but who at least agree that they would like a more civil and flexible process for handling their divorce.

If you and your spouse do not see eye to eye on many things, but agree that the option of going to court should be a last resort, Collaborative Divorce may be your best option so that you can resolve and repair the disagreements you do have, rather than becoming entrenched through the court process.
