I've used Tool Time at two different homes that I own. On my new home they replaced a rotted deck post (small job) and also installed three windows (large job) in a room that had none prior. I chose them after getting quotes from 3 other contractors. It was clear to me after meeting with Kyle that he was quite knowledgeable and professional--something that you can't, unfortunately, count on these days with many contractors. My contractor recommended Eric from Tool Time to fix some water damage or termite damage near our front door. Kyle and team actually ended up coming to check out our issues and was able to explain the work that needed to be done, along with giving me an estimate with a breakdown of materials and labor costs. They were patient with answering all my questions and suggesting which repairs needed to be fixed first. I've had 4 bathroom remodels done by 3 different contractors. Eric completed my last 2 remodels and I couldn't be happier. Price was competitive. I didn't even look around to price shop the second bathroom they remodeled..There are cheaper contractors out there but you get what you pay for. I wish I had found Eric sooner.

I needed a contractor to fix/replace water damaged chimmney wood trim and corner pieces on our roof. I had called around and many said they couldn't do it for months. I got a call back from Tool time and they had just had a cancellation. David came out and replaced the wood and we are good to go now (Hopefully for the winter). :)

My wife and I have been looking for a reliable and quality company to perform a long list of projects to our house. After many mis-steps we contacted Tool Time and from the time that Eric came out to quote the job to the time that Ryan finished up, we were extremely pleased. We had outlets and lights put up on the exterior of our garage, and our kitchen lighting converted to LED recessed cans. Both jobs done on time, on quality, and professionally

Eric has been doing projects for our family for over three years. The quality of his work is excellent. He is easy to communicate with and is great at solving problems. He has done all kinds of jobs for us. Whether it is carpentry, plumbing or electrical, the work is always top notch. I will wait, if necessary, for Eric to be able to do any projects or repairs rather than call someone else. I would highly recommend him!

Do not use these guys - they over charge. Their estimate came in 5 times higher than my other estimates. Estimates for painting the work they wanted to do was higher than estimates to paint the entire inside of my house. These guys should be put out of business. They take advantage of people that don't know better. Rate is $95 an hour. You can higher a licensed contractor for about $30-$35 an hour. It is best to have them bid on the job and not do an hourly rate.

They severely overcharged a job they did for me. They charged $2100 for laying 42 tiles in a bathroom. They lied about a lot of stuff. They didn't tuck the carpet under the tile and put an ugly transition piece that didn't fit in the doorway. They refused to give me a copy of the bill and hung up on me when I called to ask for it. I actually called three contractors after the fact to have them look at the job Tool Time did for the price I paid. They all laughed at the transition piece and said it was poorly done and that I had been taken for my money. The other contractors said
