Having been residents of Sacramento for many years, our founders saw the business as a way to serve the community. Had a #TattooRemoval at @inkoffme this morning for a large piece that I've been hiding for 10 years because I'm embarrassed of it. I'm so grateful to the staff to eased my anxieties and talked me through it.

We cannot exist without our friends and referrals. We offer discounts to our friends who work in law enforcement, fire fighting, EMS, and nurses. Also, a portion of our profits are used to support House of Acts, a home in Oak Park used to help at-risk youth. We are always looking for organizations to partner with us to offer tattoo removal at a discounted rate.

Inmates are better prepared to apply for jobs when they leave the institutional setting when they no longer have tattoos on their hands, neck, and face.

Had my first session here about 7 weeks ago and about to have my second. Already seeing progress on removal of three tattoos. Everyone here was very kind, knowledgeable, and it's just a wonderful space filled with no judgement. The rates here are so much more reasonable than the dermatology offices around, and they have more experience and information too as tattoo removal is their main business. This is a long process and I'm glad I found the folks here. Thank you!

So far I have been twice to Inkoff Me for a tattoo removal and had great customer service! From the receptionists to the RN's providing the care! Elizabeth specifically was very knowledgable, funny and kind which in my book is a great combo! I highly recommend investing in the numbing cream that they offer on site! While the cream doesn't take the pain away completely it does take the edge off and is better than just ice alone!

Today I completed my fourth visit and every visit has been professional and friendly. Inkoffme offers a wide variety of o including hair removal tattoo removal skin rejuvenation for acne scars etc. I can’t… believe how much better I feel and look after receiving my services. I also wanted to mention when you visit don’t forget to try one of the fine restaurants surrounding the East Sacramento location.

I found inkoff.me on Instagram and after looking through some of their work I decided to book my first tattoo removal appointment. I contacted a few other places, however, inkoff.me has the best prices in the area by far. The pain was not bad at all and I am already looking forward to my second appointment!

This was my first treatment on two different tattoo areas. One on my lower sacrum region and one on my shoulder.
First they inspected the tattoos, and had me fill out a survey on my sun tolerance and skin type as well as the necessary forms. Then I iced the area, and proceeded with treatment.
Treatment feels like strong zaps and is painful but tolerable. The lower back hurt much worse than the shoulder.
Looking forward to seeing results!!

Ink off me moved my appointment time 30 minutes. I moved my work schedule to accommodate them. I showed up at their preferred time and they were still running late and expected me to wait. Additionally after 2 treatments with them i have no results. The place I went to before I definitely did have noticeable results, so I will be returning there to finish this up. I’d say over priced and not great service so don’t waste your time.

The staff at the Sacramento site is great. Jaime always greets us with a friendly smile. Communications is fantastic. We get scheduled the day of our visits and get phone call reminders the day before. The office is very lively with soft music and the air conditioning is the bomb.

Emailed my questions about my oldest tattoo, asked them about their prices and that I was looking for something affordable. The quote they gave me was a jaw dropping low price, something incredibly affordable and the give a 50% off first time discount. The person I emailed with "Jammi" was quick to respond to all of my questions and very polite about the whole process. That fantastic customer service transitioned wonderfully to the in person interaction. Everyone wore masks, I wore a mask and it was all very professional. This place is amazing. The staff is very professional and nice. The receptionist was super accommodating and sweet. I had abdominal surgery and was left with a very ugly scar on my stomach. Their laser was able to take my scar from super dark to pretty light in just one session! I'm two sessions in and it's already made a huge difference. I have also had the laser gen done on my face and it's relaxing and has helped tremendously with my reoccurring blemishes and redness on my face. I would highly recommend this place for any of your laser needs!!

I bought a package deal here for 12 sessions.
The tattoo was a year n half old & after 12 sessions i can say it "almost" looks like pencil but still very visible.
I went over it 100x with them asking why i wasn't seeing much to any difference.
My real complaint is with one individual girl who had done my session more than a couple times, and every time she was so rude n sarcastic with me & i feel like she barley amped the laser machine. She would go over it once very fast. I just had a bad feeling about the work.

I've had about 6-7 treatments here and Shaun does a good job, but the customer service of the staff in the front is TERRIBLE! I'm in real estate so presentation and clients come first. They are very rude and unprofessional. We all know laser hair removal isn't cheap so for the staff to behave the way they do with paying customers is AbizmaYesterday was the last straw for me with their service and I will be finding another laser center that values customer paying them for a service.

3rd treatment this week. Raised the laster strngth this time. They've told me about blistering each time I've been I in however this time is the 1st time I've experienced any blistering from the procedure. Feels like a brand, wierd. Not much pain after the 1st hour and the blisters dont hurt either. I've seen some results, fingers crossed its more pronounced this go round. Thanks ladies! You always make it a great experience.
