Andy and his team are amazing. Quick to respond, clear communication, easy to communicate with via phone, text, or email, and are very proactive. I have used smart septic for routine septic cleaning, and filter maintenance. They are very thorough in checking for things that may impact septic efficiency or just finding issues early on before they become a bigger problem. Top notch service and work!

We are new to the Mattawan area and our neighbor recommended Smart Septic. We called and Andy called right back. We set a day to have our septic drained right away. Right before they were supposed to come our daughter ended having emergency surgery for her appendix. Andy said, no worries we can do it without us even being there. It’s great to see a company so efficient and helpful. We will use Smart Septic for all our septic needs.

I'd like to share some information with you about Smart Septic. First of all, when I called to schedule an appointment to have my system pumped, they were extremely professional and prompt. Next, the crew arrived on time and did a great job. Finally, when I called them over a year later to find out information about my system, not only did Greg immediately send a copy of the map that I needed but he also stopped by to assist with locating the switch for me. Professional, kind, prompt, and very helpful. I would highly recommend their service.
