Even the best mobility equipment occasionally needs a repair or adjustment. If you find that your wheelchair or mobility products are not working properly, our service and repair department is available to get your equipment back in excellent working order. If bringing your equipment to our facility is a problem, our trained service technicians are happy to come to you.

In March of 2014 I became eligible for a power wheelchair. I reside in a nursing home so the choice of a supply company was not mine. Lady luck was on my side when NPL Medical Equipment was chosen.
I met with Christy Terwilliger from NPL and was thoroughly smitten from the first minute. She was friendly and kind and exceptionally knowledgeable about their products. She not only guided my education with the chair but saw to it that I had a chair available to practice on and use until my personal chair was available.(mas)
My approval for this chair has become quite a trial for everyone involved
